RipLocker LLC is a limited liability company operating an e-commerce marketplace specializing in verified authentic sealed trading card products, including Pokémon singles, booster packs, sealed boxes, tins, and related collectibles.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Products and Authenticity

  1. Verified Authentic Sealed: Every booster, box, and tin sold by RipLocker is guaranteed to be factory-sealed and authentic. Our standard is: If we wouldn't rip it, we don't sell it.
  2. Condition: All singles are graded and described to the best of our ability. Photos are representative. Slight variations in centering, print lines, or factory defects are not considered damage unless otherwise stated.
  3. Pricing and Availability: All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse service to any customer. In the event an item is mispriced or out of stock after order placement, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders, Payment, and Fulfillment

  1. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized reselling, or violation of these Terms.
  2. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
  3. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping.
  4. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of being placed by resellers, bots, or using automated methods.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. RipLocker is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
  2. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
  3. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

7. All Sales Final — No Returns

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Due to the collectible and sealed nature of our products, we cannot guarantee integrity once product has left our facility. See our separate Return & Refund Policy for the sole exception for items damaged during shipping.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of RipLocker LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  3. Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Site or purchase products.
  4. Resell or make commercial use of our products without permission.
  5. Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site.
  6. Submit false or misleading information.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. RIPLOCKER LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Collectible values fluctuate and RipLocker does not guarantee future value or investment performance of any product.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RIPLOCKER LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RipLocker LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Affiliate Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and RipLocker LLC regarding your use of the Site.
